This blog consists of a variety of stories and anecdotes about my family and my great-grandfather, the first African-American doctor in Coweta County, Georgia. He built the first African-American hospital and helped to integrate medicine in that area in the early 1900's. He graduated from medical school in 1896. By alumna Karen Jordan.
